Recognition of Prior Learning.
Conwal & Associates recognises prior learning obtained through work, study and life skills. If you have already obtained skills relevant to an acredited qualification / course that you are about to undertake, you may save yourself, course time and money by having those skills acknowledged through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
If you have already obtained certificates / statement of attainment relevant to an acredited qualification / course you are about to undertake, that corresponds to the learning outcomes of the course you may gain Credit Transfer.
Apply to the RPL assessor within Conwal & Associates,
who after a brief discussion will be able to inform you if you are eligible
to apply
for RPL or Credit Transfer.
You will then be provided with an outline of the course / unit descriptor you are seeking RPL / Credit Transfer for. This will supply you with a list of the course and learning outcomes. You will be given an application form and a self assessment checklist to complete and attach all of your relevant details such as resume, educational certificates and skills obtained through work /life experience, and academic courses. The documents will be assessed against the course learning outcomes. Submit your application to the RPL assessor at Conwal & Associates.
The RPL assessor will assist you with the completion of the application form and identification of relevant work and life experiences so that you can complete the self assessment checklist. In addition, support is provided for the collection of evidence and the presentation of a portfolio.
Please refer to the RPL information handbook for further details or contact cathy.walsh@conwalassociates.com.au
